All products are made to order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

We offer a 14-day return window for unworn, unused items from the date of delivery, and a 30-day window for items with manufacturing defects.

2. What items are eligible for return or exchange?

 Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

3. What items cannot be returned? 

Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration, are missing original packaging or tags, or are customized/personalized are not eligible for return.

4. Can I cancel my order?

 Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before shipment. Once shipped, please follow the return process upon receiving the package.

5. Who pays for return shipping? 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or not as described.

6. EU & UK Consumers – Right of Withdrawal 

EU/EEA and UK consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving their order without giving any reason. Contact us at ischenghao.1987@gmail.com with your name and order number. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. The original outbound shipping cost will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods.

Can You Machine Dry 100% Cotton?
You can use your dryer to dry 100% cotton, but you should take the items out while they are still damp. Use a low-heat or permanent press setting, as too much heat will shrink your clothing. Cotton also wrinkles easily when you over-dry it, which is why a permanent press setting works well.
