Order Processing
All products are made to order. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and may vary due to customs clearance or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order. The weight of each item is listed on its product page. All weights are rounded up to the next full pound. Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Logistics & Carriers
We ship via UPS, DPD, DHL, and other regional carriers depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to monitor your shipment on the carrier's official website. You can also view your tracking information in your BrioMart account.
Taxes & Duties
Import taxes and duties are not included in the order total and may be collected upon delivery by local customs authorities. BrioMart is not responsible for any customs fees. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us at ischenghao.1987@gmail.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Shipping Notice
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes. Any risks or additional costs arising from an address change after shipment are the customer's responsibility.

Multiple Items
If you order more than one item, we will do our best to ship everything together. However, some items may be shipped separately depending on availability and logistics. You will receive a shipping notification email for each shipment.
